YOGA BASICS Intro/1
A class focused on the foundations of
a strong yoga practice: breathing and concentration techniques
complement a study of the basic yoga postures. Appropriate for
beginning level students, as well as those continuing students
who wish to deepen and refine their core practice.
OPEN YOGA Level
1/2 The design of this class
recognizes a variety of strength and flexibility levels by
employing modifications and options for the poses. Flowing
sequences are combined with specific pose work.
DYNAMIC YOGA Level
2/3 Class generates heat
through movement, strength and stamina, and focuses on issues
common to runners and other athletes, such as balance, upper
body strength, re-establishing body symmetry, and flexibility.
Teaches how use of the breath can build endurance by utilizing
a variety of breathing techniques.
IYENGAR STYLED YOGA Level 1/
2 This Iyengar Styled Yoga class helps to make yoga accessible for all body types and experience levels through the use of props. Specific pose sequencing and holding poses to study the proper technique will be emphasized. The use of props facilitates and enhances learning for every body type. .
YOGA LIGHT all levels
This class provides a slower pace to work with specific conditions and focuses on each individual's limitations or range of mobility. This class is ideal for experienced practitioners recovering from injuries, very new practitioners, prenatal participants, students with mobility issues or those with stressful lives craving a slower-paced class.
HOT SLOW YOGA FLOW Level
2/3 Practiced in a room heated to 90 degrees, this vinyasa class uses slow, large movements and longer holds to work deep, building heat, strength, and flexibility. Avoid meals prior to class; bring a towel..

For ages 5-8 YOUTH YOGA For ages
9-12 Classes utilize age appropriate music,
games, poses and concentration techniques to introduce
children to the healthful and stress-relieving benefits of
yoga.
