Focus Yoga in Chicago’s western suburb of Brookfield, IL offers a Yoga Teacher Training Program that fits the needs of prospective yoga teachers or serious yoga students.

Yoga Immersion Studies
Yoga Immersion Studies is the first part of the Yoga Teacher Training Program and will be covering asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy and lifestyle. This class is for the serious yoga student and required for Yoga Teacher Certification and will be held on Saturdays, October thru April. 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Yoga Teaching Skills Training
Yoga Teaching Skills Training is an additional class required for Yoga Teacher Training Certification and will take place on Thursdays, January thru April 7:00 - 9:30pm.
